These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and pak239 (hereinafter referred to as "pak239", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the pak239 website located at pak239.cam and all associated services, features, and content made available through it.

4.1 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name (matching your official identification document), date of birth, country of residence, a valid email address, and a mobile number. You will create a password which must be kept confidential at all times. pak239 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any unsolicited communication.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pak239 immediately via the official support channel. pak239 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to safeguard their login credentials.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

pak239 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting pak239 support. pak239 also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirements. Where closure is initiated by pak239 due to a User's breach of these Terms, any outstanding bonus balance may be forfeited.

Your use of the pak239 platform is subject to the following conditions of use. These conditions apply at all times and in all circumstances when accessing or using the platform.

• You must use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Commercial exploitation of the platform without pak239's express written consent is strictly prohibited.
• You must not use any automated software, bot, script, scraper, or other non-human means to access or interact with the platform.
• You must not attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any platform feature, security mechanism, bonus system, or game outcome.
• You must not engage in any form of collusion with other users in relation to games or betting markets.

6.1 Deposits

6.2 Withdrawals

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonus offers are intended for genuine recreational use only and must not be abused, exploited, or manipulated.
• Each promotion specifies minimum deposit requirements, eligible payment methods, qualifying games, wagering requirements, maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings, and expiry periods. These must be read before opting in.

Where bonus abuse is detected, pak239 reserves the right to void all affected bonus funds and winnings, suspend the account, and refer the matter for further investigation.

• Live Betting: Live and in-play betting markets are subject to rapid change. It is the User's responsibility to verify current odds before placing any live bet. pak239 does not guarantee that any particular live market will remain open at a specified price.
• Responsible Decision Making: All betting decisions are made solely by the User. pak239 does not provide betting advice, predictions, or guarantees of outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak239 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered through it;
• Any technical errors, data transmission failures, or third-party service disruptions;
• Losses arising from gambling decisions made by the User;
• The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information published on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pak239's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the pak239 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• Opening more than one account on the platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification;
• Using another person's account, identity, or payment method without their knowledge and consent;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the platform;
• Attempting to exploit pricing errors, system glitches, or technical faults for financial gain;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games;
• Colluding with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any other form of sporting corruption in connection with bet placement;
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction while knowingly misrepresenting your location.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pak239's underlying gaming operator holds its licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

13.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the first instance, any dispute, complaint, or concern arising from your use of the platform should be submitted to pak239 support in writing via the official contact email. pak239 will acknowledge receipt within a reasonable timeframe and work to resolve the matter promptly.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal processes, the matter may be referred to the applicable regulatory or alternative dispute resolution body specified under the operator's licence. pak239 will cooperate fully with any legitimate regulatory or ADR process.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and pak239 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
